They told me to contact the original parts company. That Parts Geek was not responsible for the warranty on the brakes after 30 days. I contacted the original company, Brembo.

They told me to contact Parts Geek. That Brembo only warranties parts sold directly through their store. Not through Parts Geek. I contact Parts Geek again…same runaround. Or ask for Parts Geek policy in writing. Filing a consumer complaint with my state. I ordered a complete strut assembly for my Ford Taurus. All the contents were in the box but after the mechanic took my struts off my car and attempted to put my parts for parts geek struts on the car neither of the struts would fit on the left side.

Parts geek sent me 2 front right struts instead of a left and right. The mechanic wanted to charge me double labor if he would have to put my old struts back on my car and then wait for the correct struts and put them on so I reached out to parts geek and asked if they could send me out the left strut only and I would sent my incorrect part back and they would not.

They stated I would have to send all parts back, although one strut was put on my car. My order did not come with a packing slip and the struts did not have a label on them telling me which one was left or right.
